We are all the same yet individual. Don’t aspire to be like another, celebrate your similarities but also your individuality. Your shape, your colours are yours alone and cannot be recreated.

From the Heart

I believe in self enquiry, to connect with ourselves on a deeper level, to find peace within ourselves in our most natural state. I believe in sitting in silence, switching off the outside world, thoughts and ego.
I believe that through our connection within, we can then connect externally to the universe, we are then at one with all of nature, at one with the universe. I believe we find this state when we put ourselves aside.
I believe it essential to know ourselves on a far deeper level before we can hope to know and understand another. We owe it to ourselves to understand ourselves, as to understand ourselves is to understand the human soul, we are really just reflections of each other.
I believe that we are all connected in some way, but cannot recognise this connection until we have really connected with ourselves. We are at one but also separate depending in which state we are living.
I believe that all possibilities start from within, it is there the fertile seeds are planted that grow into our external realities. Believing in ourselves, our capabilities without putting up barriers of self doubt brings those possibilities closer.
I believe that when we connect to the presence within, the presence that is all knowing and non judging we find our true selves.
I believe it is essential to forget that which has been told, that what we have learnt and find our own answers, those that sit well with us and feel right.
These are my beliefs, I wonder how they sit with yours.

When searching for perfection we need to look at nature, the natural state of nature can teach us so much. We cannot create something perfect, perfection is something that is pure and comes naturally.

Give out the goodness and love you have stored inside of you, for what you give out is always replenished. You are an open channel and when you treat others with love and kindness, it creates more positivity in the world, which is of course your world.

Down deep into the forest, she walked within the trees,
a hooded cloak of deepest black, sways around her knees.
Collecting herbs and berries, a special potion to make,
one that will succeed this time, she has a spell to break.
Foxes cowered as she past, birds stayed in their nests,
no one walked these woods alone, crows the only guests.
A baby rabbit, not knowing, was swiped by her clawed hand,
she didn’t feel remorse at all, she believed it was her land.
The witch continues walking, through woods and over steams,
be careful to avoid her, as she has access to your dreams.
(sinister ) Ha Ha Ha Ha 😉

Gentle whispers of kindness and love go a long way towards easing the most fragile of souls. Send out your love in thought and deed today to those in need. One kindness can make all the difference in the world, be that kindness.

At times along the way we need to stop and take care of ourselves, find a place to rest and shelter from the storm. Not every event in life demands a battle, it’s okay to take time out for ourselves along the way, because when we care for ourselves we are preparing for tomorrows sunshine.

The world is out there to be explored, climb mountains, sail seas, find buried treasure and discover yourself along the way. When roots are solid there is no need to fear spreading out for they will always draw you back home when the time is right.

Yesterday my two friends and I went for a spookier nature walk. We went to Chanctonbury Ring in Sussex, England, which is an ancient site that is reputed to be haunted. It is said the Devil had a hand in making the site and if you run around the wooded area seven times in an anti clockwise direction he will appear. Of course we didn’t do this but it was very spooky and we made sure we were out by dark.
Is was very quiet, with very few bird calls which we felt strange. Was it our imagination or did twigs snap as if someone was following us in the undergrowth. It was certainly very cold and still with what seemed like pockets of I can only describe as weirdness. The walk was lovely as I was with my friends and a good thigh workout being at the very top of a hill.
Chanctonbury Ring dates back from 300BC and is set 700 ft above sea level on the Sussex Downs. In more recent times it has been connected to UFO’s, witchcraft and strange forces. Walkers have been known to find things tied to trees, ribbons, corn dollies and such. A cyclist reported on nearing the mound he heard a voice tell him to get out, which he did very fast never to return.

Happy Halloween 😉
