Give out the goodness and love you have stored inside of you, for what you give out is always replenished. You are an open channel and when you treat others with love and kindness, it creates more positivity in the world, which is of course your world.

You are the inspiration that I channel as I write
In between, when I’m asleep, you visit me at night
Can I convey with accuracy, interpreting as I do
I do my best to express, the messages from you
If only I had bigger words, to get across the point
It worries me a little bit, that I should disappoint
Am I unpredictable, I seem to come and go
But you return to me again, I think that you would know
Are you really truly there, I guess it could be me
A higher self, the one that knows, suppose I’ll wait and see
You are a channel from above, you heal me through your hands.
You clear your mind and open up, the universe expands.
I feel it when you touch me, I heal within your truth.
I open up myself to you, with nothing at all to loose.
It doesn’t matter how you heal, reiki, spirit or God.
It is the belief that does the work and I am healed not lost.
So take good care of yourself dear, your powers really there.
They’ve only been bestowed on you as you are one that cares.
