In all seriousness is there anything more beautiful than a flower opening, the sun rising on a new day or the fresh morning dew. Love is all around us if we look, there is no need for the endless search, the beauty and love we find in nature will naturally fill our hearts and souls.

We are made up of all of our experiences, those things that happened to us along the way, little things and the bigger ones too stored inside of us. The things we do for others each day, little and big go towards their experiences, to be stored and shared. Remember this in all the little things you do.

It’s often at the end of our journeys things become so much clearer. If only we bloomed a little later because by the time we get close to finding out what it’s all about it’s usually nearing the end of the season.

We are not alike, we may bare resemblance to our ancestors but we are all a little different. Like flowers with a larger head or bent petal even though they are of the same family. But inside each of us we are the same, we carry a soul, we have a heart to love and hope and energy to overcome any differences.

When you feel unconnected, out of sorts, confused and just not with it. Treat yourself to a little nothingness. Imagine yourself just being, become if you can, a flower opening. Just be in this space for whatever time you have and enjoy those moments of opening, feel yourself expanding out into the world. As you open each petal, know you have everything you need to move forward, connect and watch the confusion you felt just drop away.

Hiding behind others, be it people or excuses will never take us far. Standing out in a crowd and speaking our own truth might not be the easiest option but it is far more beneficial to our growth. Leave fear in the dark where fear resides and step out into the daylight. To make sense of our thoughts it is better to speak of them.

We can maybe find those answers we are searching for in the past, but if we keep our heads stuck back in the past we will never see the opportunity that awaits us in the future. Learn from the past by all means but leave the past where it is, enjoy today, find your direction and be ready to step into tomorrow.

The symmetrical patterns we see in nature, tell us that there is a pattern to life, a plan if you like. We might on occasion feel lost or unsure of the directions we are going in but we are usually heading where we should be, even the wrong way is the right way when it brings us back to the path through the lessons it teaches. It’s really all about harmony and balance in the end, when we learn that we are getting somewhere.

Take each event in life as if it is the start of a new dance, know that the music will play through to the end and dance with all your heart and soul. Dance in the sunshine, sway gently in the breeze and dance through the wind and rain. Enjoy each dance in the ball as at some point the time will come for the last dance.
