Inspiration stems from an idea, it is the seed from which many possibilities grow. We need to plant these seeds with utmost care, nurture and feed them and they may just transform into the most spectacular garden.

When a flower opens it does so in truth, there is nothing hidden, the flower is awake. To live and work on a spiritual level in this world it requires us to do so in truth and openness. We should, in truth, ask ourselves how much of our own flowers are truly open.

Language does not always match how we feel, we cannot always put our feelings into words. Sometimes words just do not fit, there are not words that can justify the emotions we feel and we are left speechless. When this happens it is okay, the emotions are real. Language is a tool, a medium but not everything. Sometimes it is only silence that can hold and make sense of the feeling.

Everything that happens, everything that ever was is the only teacher. Truth found in the purity of our own hearts is the only answer we need. When the seeker discovers this they have found the only master.

The yellow flower reminds us of rebirth and new beginnings. It is the colour associated with our core, our inner being from where we find our inner worth. Just like a flower opening, as we open inside we are filled with strength and energy. Stand tall, trust that all will be well and open like a flower.

Our constant thoughts prevent us from just being, they keep us occupied and away from ourselves. Can you imagine a life without all these systems that keep us occupied, where like the flowers in nature, we can just ‘be’. Flowers teach us to put away our thoughts and come into being, they teach us to grow.
