If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.
~ Ernest Hemingway, A Moveable Feast
Isn’t everything a movable feast, can’t we enjoy ourselves when the pleasing takes us. Do we have to wait for high days and holidays or can we have fun all the time. I think YES, absolutely we can.
We have a family tradition and that is that feasts are moveable and we can celebrate when we please and it very much pleases us to celebrate.
Don’t go wishing for eternity, as eternity is now, not over there is some far off land, but here if you allow.
Tomorrow won’t bring happiness, this evening won’t bring love. Stop planning for the future you could be up above.
Savour every moment, don’t wait for what won’t come. The time is right, right here and now, a glass for everyone.
Uncork the wine and wear the dress, dance today and look your best. Tomorrows woes are not here yet, so make today your very best!
