The world that we emerge into is already here, it continues after we leave. We can add beauty and make a difference on our way through, but we are only ever visiting.

From the Heart
To wonder at the symmetry of nature is to find harmony outside of ourselves. What can we learn from the visual patterns we find in the natural world around us, the waves, circles and spirals. Could it be that it all stems from a centre point, the heart centre. Is nature subtly showing us that the heart is where it all begins, being the central place from which everything flows?

The softness of the young is something to behold, as all too soon life toughens the gentleness of youth. What was soft and trusting, transforms itself into something else completely. Let each transformation that occurs stand for something and may each line that grows be in your smile.

Like a flower, sometimes we are planted in just the right place, we find ourselves surrounded by the right people. Perhaps this is why we find flowers, even in the wild growing along side each other, they are meant to be together. The circle of people around each of us have been planted, the reason is not always obvious but always connected to growth.

The softest new bud grows out into the world, every encounter a lesson, an opportunity or threat. The bud trusts as it grows into itself that it will find it’s place in nature. As we spread out into the world, take chances, face our fears and become ourselves, we should also remember and trust that there is a place for us. Like the buds on the trees, we to have our place and part to play in nature.

There comes a time when we begin to realise who we are, we begin to see where we are going and start to understand what is really valuable in life. At this point we start to let go of what no longer serves us. Whatever this may be, just let it fall away and allow space for now.
