It’s not always easy to find the centre, go inside of ourselves to rest and recover from life because there is always so much in the way. So much that needs to be let go of before we find ourselves in a place of silence and stillness, a place in which we can let go and truly rest in the heart. Easy or not it’s worth the journey.
