At times we have to stand up for what we believe in, hold our heads up, stand out from the crowd and speak our truth. Change will only come about when we remain true to ourselves and true to our values.

I agree but we should not let our beliefs be held back because we think that we will be judged by it.
I am true to myself, if people do not like what I believe in then that’s okay. I respect their beliefs too.

Me too but some are not so brave. I wasn’t always, as a kid I wasn’t as inclined to disagree or speak up for myself. I think I’ve learnt it along the way, like everything it’s grown xx

Speaking our truth requires confidence and courage. I spent most of my life quietly confident but without courage to speak out until now.
