Sign

In my last post I wrote about waiting for a sign from someone I had lost, it was within the last hour. I posted it and sat for a minute not really thinking about anything.  Something caught my eye from the window and there sitting in the window box was the most beautiful bird, looking straight at me.  It was only a matter of moments and it flew off to the tree across the street, I still felt it was looking at me.

I’m no ornithologist but I didn’t recognise this bird, it was beige with blue markings on its wings, tail and around it’s face, it was quite simply beautiful.  It flew past the window again a couple of times and then soared off into the distance.

I’m waiting hoping it might return, I’m asking for it to return and have my camera near incase.  But if it doesn’t come back again I really think I had the sign I was asking for 🙂

  1. I was known as the “Eagle Lady”. For 10 years every single day, I received a sign. I would tell visitors and friends alike, “dress for rain”, or no need today. They would look at me like I was crazy. Yet the words I spoke came true. My eagles would visit or not daily, and their interpretation of the weather always came true. They circle overhead at every home I’ve moved to. Even now, having moved so far away, they are circling overhead, nearby. I believe in signs. You are certainly receiving one, I feel sure.

      1. I became known as the “eagle lady” and people traveled from across the states to come to my tiny part of the world, to meet me. You can imagine my astonishment when I was told this, face to face, by a visitor from the southern usa. lol really something else!

      2. Lol, only to a few misguided peeps, lol. I only mention this in context Re your experience since it seemed so similar and made me think more now than at the time, that there was more to it. Really has given me much to ponder, hehe
