Ruminate

Suppose you could say I ruminate,

I might ponder a while on that.

I’ll contemplate what it’s all about,

because nobody has all the facts.

I need ample time for considering,

mull thoughts over in my mind.

I’ll sit down and talk to another,

deliberate on what we can find.

~

And sometimes I’ll try to meditate,

ask for answers from my guides.

I’ll look out for pointers everywhere,

in nature, the moon to the tides.

Yes you’re quite right, I do ruminate,

as many answers still yet to find,

It could take me a month of Sundays,

much longer to make up my mind.
