I won’t mope,

I’m moving on,

I won’t care when you have gone.

I won’t cry,

I’ll be so brave,

there’s nothing left for me to save.

So farewell,

you did your best,

I certainly know I’ve passed a test.

Goodbye you,

I won’t shed a tear,

I think you made your lessons clear.

Welcome the new,

out with the old,

I won’t mope as you left me bold.

New beginnings,

I have hope,

what you taught me will help me cope.
