Sometimes she woke understanding.
She understood all there ever was and all there ever would be. It was a mathematical equation, words beyond words and simplicity itself. For that moment on waking she understood all that there was and then in the next moment it was gone.

Sometimes I feel like that, short moments of waking lucidity, but when it passes I end up wondering if I really understood anything at all. Thank you for the thought provoking post!
